Seatools was founded in August 1999 by a team of specialists with many years of experience in underwater technology. At that time, these specialists had already proven themselves in the design and construction of dredging, offshore and underwater civil construction equipment. Since then, we have continued to proactively expand our knowledge and experience, growing the company to permanently employ 29, with upwards of 35 people including trusted freelancers. Seatools’ track record also continues to grow and its projects and clients are located worldwide. The company’s main office and workshop are in the Netherlands, just south of Rotterdam. In 2007, Seatools opened a subsidiary company - Seatools USA INC - based in Houston, Texas.
