Quality and testing

Substantial capital and operational expenditure places great importance on the quality of our products and we recognize the need to deliver ‘right first time’ products that meet or exceed customer expectations.  Short-notice supply guarantees or continual inventory availability ensures that products and parts are always available, minimising downtime and maximizing performance and productivity. 

As well as maintaining its BVQI ISO 9001 certification, Seatools has adopted a number of extra measures to ensure that its products and services maintain the high quality standards that set it apart. Complex systems are always tested under simulated conditions during the design stage, avoiding potential problems and commissioning delays during initial startup.

In-house assembly and factory testing permits close quality control over final deliverables and provides our engineering teams with instant feedback on performance. In order to commission equipment as quickly as possible, Seatools ordinarily sends the engineers who designed it to commissioning and trialing, leaving our general service engineers to become familiar and conversant with the new system.
