Diver operated dregde tool Carrera D

The Carrera-D diver operated dredge tool is designed for controlled removal of sediment. Powered by an external waterpump, this tool is insensitive to blockage and equipped with nozzles to fluidise the soil prior to eduction. The tool can be adjusted by the diver to match local soil conditions, prioritizing either high eductor flow or high nozzle pressure.

The system functions similar to an air-lift, but with distinct advantages: it can operate in very shallow water without loss of performance. When operating in deeper water power consumption does not increase as would be the case for an air-lift. The scope of supply is a complete system, including the tool, electrically powered water pump, a set of hoses and a transport container that also houses an isolation transformer and switchboard.
