We firmly believe that the CutterMate® is the ultimate monitoring system for cutter dredgers. Comprising a pre-configured DredgeMate® package displaying ongoing real-time data, CutterMate® helps you maximise the production and precision of any dredging operation. CutterMate® is based on a software 3D-engine capable of providing all cutter co-ordinates. Linked to an inclination sensor for the cutter ladder, the computer also provides a range of optional data links, including gyrocompass, DGPS and tide. Additional sensors can be added as required. CutterMate® can function in a relatively simple mode and be tailored to fit specific dredgers and dredge equipment whilst being fully scaleable and adaptable to suit demanding dredging control and monitoring tasks. Proven in the field and in great demand from operators who appreciate its flexibility and functionality, CutterMate® is the ideal tool for everyday dredging use.
