Developed by Offshore Solutions BV (OSBV) in Ijmuiden, the Offshore Access System (OAS) is a unique solution that enables the rapid and safe transfer of personnel between vessels and offshore installations. Seatools has provided the heave compensation system for all of OSBV's systems. Detailed simulation has been a key part of the design of the heave compensator, allowing rapid commissioning and sea-trails. A remote access facility assists in cost effective diagnositics and trouble shooting, a truly useful feature since these systems are operated worldwide.
