Piling hammer instrumentation and control

This control and instrumentation system was used on an experimental piling hammer, driven by explosives. It is battery powered and contains high spec data acquisition as well as fail-safe electronics to control the explosives. Extensive engineering effort was made to protect the sensitive equipment inside from the shocks and vibrations imposed by the pile driving process.
