With Seatools' systems operating worldwide, we developed a Remote Access solution designed to quickly address technical issues and resume operations in a safe, cost-effective manner. From our Head Office in the Netherlands, we are able assist on-board operators in verifying and adjusting equipment settings as well as diagnosing and correcting any problems that may arise. We can, in several cases, install software upgrades via remote access, enhancing functionality without the need for lengthy journeys to the site location. This is a quicker, more cost effective and completely secure solution aimed at keeping Seatools equipment functioning better, for longer.
