Excavator control system to best match local soil conditions
To perform excavation operations in the GOM, our client Oceanteam requested an easy-to-operate mass flow excavator requiring a minimum of deck space.
The excavator’s main high-flow arrangement was combined with a high-pressure nozzle arrangement to facilitate the processing of varying soil conditions. The remote control system allows the operator to distribute power among these two parallel systems, and enables the excavator to adapt to a variety of soil conditions.
