Subsea mining

Seatools designs and constructs subsea mining equipment according to specifications for explicit subsea applications. Subsea mining tools need to withstand forces, pressures and temperature fluctuations. Seatools designs equipment with incorporated systems to monitor this, and options for gyrocompasses, sonar systems, underwater cameras and lights are also possible. In cooperation with our engineers, all options are studied and the equipment will be outfitted with the requested extras.

Since its foundation in 1999, Seatools has grown to become one of the market leaders in subsea mining equipment and is working with customers on a global basis. Our head office and workshop are based near one of the largest ports in the world, Rotterdam. Recently a subsidiary office in Houston was opened, close to many projects in the Gulf.
